Closed Oppo stuck at coloros is upgrading help

please help mga boss sa android phone ko..oppo r2000 model 4.2.2 unrooted..stuck po siya sa ColorOS is Upgrading or sa OPPO loading screen..ano po ba mafix to please paki tulong..naghardreset na ako ng ilang beses pero hindi pa rin gumana eh..HELP

mag download ka ng firmware sa device mo at e flash mo gamit PC search mo nalang sa google paano mag flash ng os sa oppo

NOOB FRIENDLY (THIS ONLY WORKS FOR UPDATING, NOT DOWNGRADING)

1. Copy the downloaded file(compressed file in .zip format) from your computer into your phone by using USB cable.
2. Go to "SETTINGS"
3. Scroll to the bottom and select "ABOUT PHONE"
4. Click "SYSTEM UPDATES"
5. Below should have "LOCAL UPDATE" (just beside "ONLINE UPDATE"), click "LOCAL UPDATE"
6. Select the file you copied from your computer (compressed file in .zip format)
7. Be patience and wait till it finish
8. Congratulations! Update successful!

STANDARD STEPS (WORKS FOR BOTH UPGRADING AND DOWNGRADING)

1. Copy the downloaded file(compressed file in .zip format) from your computer into your phone by using USB cable.
2. Reboot phone into recovery mode (If your phone is ON, hold power button, click restart, hold volume DOWN button) (If your phone is switched OFF, hold volume DOWN button and power button, after vibrates, release power button, remain volume down button)
3. Select your desired language (English, Chinese) P/S: certain model supports touch screen,especially those high end models. If it doesn't, use volume up and down button to navigate and press power button to select.
4. Select "WIPE DATA AND CACHE", next "WIPE DATA AND CACHE" (This will result in resetting your phone, be sure you backup before)
5. After finish, select "INSTALL FROM SD" (If its in your phone storage, select phone storage ; if its in your memory card/external sd card/microSD card, select from SD
6. Confirm and wait till it finishes rebooting
7. Voila! Congratulations

Gusto ko po sana itry yan kaso ung phone kapag nasaksak sa PC mag ON agad tapos diretso na sya agad dun sa "Updating, Please wait"

madali lang yan bro..tangalin mo nalang ang Sd card mo..gamit ka ng Card reader..tapos ko copy paste mo yung file..pagkatapos macopy insert mo sa phone ang SdCard ulit..tapos magrecovery mode kana

Tol matanong ko lang. Pwede ba itong mapabalik sa original na settings na?. Force Stop ko lng tol ehh.

hi, so need lang po ba idownload yung zip file sa oppo ng update version ng phone? then pag di po malagay sa recovery mode, need lang ng sd card na paglalagyan ng zip file na yun then copy paste lang sa sd card then lalagay na po sa phone? automatic na po bang madedetect yun?
