I Already post the latest hss portable edition HSS OpenVPN v3.13 Portable Edition. Now i will also post the OpenVPN Portable 2.3.2 and TAP Ethernet Adapter 9.0.0.9. This will only work with normal ovpn config files,This will fix the replay-window backtrack occurred error in logs, This will fix the constant disconnection errors, No more nagging pop up asking if you want to uninstall portable TAP driver everytime you exit out of OpenVPN and Faster connection time to VPN servers. Later i will post the Working VPN that you can connect via Smart Bro sims or Smart Buddy Prepaid Sim. They say its COLLECTION OF RESURECTED & NEW VPN's BRO

Install latest TAP adapter by Download official OpenVPN installer then Install it in your Windows System

When installing uncheck everything except TAP Ethernet Adapter (see screenshot), then proceed with install, if prompted with a security question, just click install.
Once you finish installing, you can now use the latest portable OpenVPN, just add your favorite config files in data/config folder directory
