Closed Na ngangain ng Load??

kanina mga bandang 10am nagpaload ako ng P30 regular load .. pumasok yun load at may nareceive akong text galing SmartLoad .. kaso wala pang 1 minute mag reregister sana ako ng Text Unli (UA15 to 4445) biglang sending failed .. tapos sinubukan ko din mag check ng balance failed ulit .. then nag paload ulit ako ng P15 regular load kaso ganun ulit ngyari .. di ko alam kung kinain yun load ko o may topak lang ang network.

curious lang ako kung meron din ibang nakakaranas nito? kasi ngyari na din to sakin nun isang araw pero di ko lang pinansin.

Dipa nangyari saken yan sir, may TNT din aq.. try mo tawagan customer service sir, Oh kaya gawa ka ng account sa website ng smart tingnan mo if my 3rd party subscription ka,pag meron pwede i off dun

Yung older sister ko, naka-tnt din at na-experienced nya namang mawalan ng signal mula nung isang araw hanggang kahapon ng gabi.
Iba man ng case pero baka network problem lang po.
I-try mo din po muna ng i-try i-balance para ma-assure na hindi naman pala talaga nakain yung load.
Pero kung may dumadating (like tones, etc.) malamang eh nakakain nga.
Tsaka i-off din data conn. kung di naman magba-browse to avoid unwanted charges.

me too almost 120 pesos nakain sa load ko. yesterday. the past few days i already experienced it but I ignored it. tapos d ko pa magamit unli call subscription ko. I called costumer service hotline yesterday but theytold me that their system is faulty because it was just new. den I have asked if my load will be returned nde na daw..

it happened again to me last nyt. my 90 pesos load was wasted. registration is not worth it. we are subscribing to a promo to save but as what they are doing they are making their subscriber spents a lot...
