Try mo po ito sir setting na to

Remove port: check
Proxy type: real host
Proxy server: spinnr.ph
Real proxy type: http
Real Proxy server: 10.102.61.64

mas mabilis po kong gagmi .ka ng tnt sim..minsan po kc dependi sa area eh...
