Mas pinasimple at mas pinadali.

Ang trabaho nila is maintaing connections to people who wants to socialize.

Internet Marketer here for 12 years. IMHO

Points #1 & #2 - Mahal pa rin magpagawa ng website. Depende sa'yo yun kung anong klaseng website ang gusto mo or if gusto mo personalized lahat. Do you want to build from the ground up? Kailangan mo ng developer at designer. Do you want to build your own brochure type website? Merong Wix. Do you want to build within a platform like Wordpress? You can hire a developer or you can spend time learning how to do Wordpress on your own and buy a theme.

Expenses to own your website:
Web designer (if gusto mo talagang top quality).
May mga mas mababa, pero I don't recommend them.
Domain: More or less $11 per year

Point #3 - I agree na meron social media marketing to start with. But then again you will need creativity to make your product or service fit the social conversation.

Deceptive and fraudulent scheme, in short SCAM.
How do you convince prospective clients that what you are doing is not a scam?

Hindi po lahat ng Internet Marketing scam. For example, meron akong client na may travel agency (local, brick and mortar business) based in Cebu. So we do "Internet Marketing" on a daily basis using social media management, SEO, advertising (also called "internet marketing" methods). Marketing is just marketing, a way to get exposure.

Marketing can be used to SCAM but scamming and marketing are very different although one can be used by the other.

Internet Marketing is simply a branch of advertising. Advertisements can be over-hyped, too-good-to-be-true, etc. but not all of them are created for fraud.

So when does marketing become a scam? If you're marketing a fraudulent product or service. The service may not be related to Internet Marketing at all. For example mag bebenta ka ng VPN service then fake site pala na kukuha lang ng credit card details. That's scamming. That's fraud.

Internet Marketing is getting a bad rap kasi there are people out there who teach Internet Marketing for the sole purpose of gaining profits and teaching people Internet Marketing strategies that don't really work in the real world.

Internet Marketing is both an art and a science. It's not simple to learn and it's a broad topic consisting of many different branches. So it's not Internet Marketing that's a fraud or a scam, but the end result the marketers are trying to achieve will give you the idea on whether or not their intention is good or bad.

Hope this clears your misconceptions.

No offense but read on...

"The Internet Scammers s†éáling MILLIONS of dollars every single year from unsuspecting folks. They launch a product, rake in a million or more, shut down the website. Then they come back 6 months later and do the same thing over and over.

What bothers me most is the fact that there is a well know group of characters behind 75% of all the scams. They call themselves “The Syndicate” and don’t keep it a secret what they are up to. They show no shame in announcing their upcoming “events” in massive email campaigns and on their websites.

Yes, they proudly let us know that they meet in the Philippines, Gran Canaria or similar exotic places for their brain storming sessions on how to make and split up millions of dollars over the next 6 or 12 months. Then they each come out with some new “miracle product” that, supposedly, will make everyone rich without having to lift a finger."

*excerpts from google.

Nakakabahala di ba? I am not pointing fingers here. I also once sell my product over the net. My point is scamming exist's out of Internet Marketing. That is the hard fact.
My question then remains, paano mo makukumbinsi ang isang kliyente/buyer na ang transaksyon ninyo over the net ay hindi lokohan?

I think you have a different definition of Internet Marketing. However, as I have mentioned, if you read my post again, is that FRAUD is an end product but not necessarily the only end product of Internet Marketing.

Coca-cola does Internet Marketing. Nike does Internet Marketing. McDonald's does Internet Marketing. But are they fraudulent companies?

If a häçker "represents" Coca-cola, or Nike, etc. for the sole purpose of ripping off consumers, that is scamming. His method of gaining exposure is through marketing but does that make marketing = fraud? Please don't confuse both words.

Based on your excerpts above, it actually talks about MMO or Make Money Online Schemes, which is often interchanged with I.M., but IM is a broad niche itself consisting of branches like e-commerce, advertising, e-mail marketing and so on.

Ang nakababahala lang naman is that you said on your first post na Internet Marketing is a fraud/scam, which is not true at all. Most Make Money Online Schemes ARE Scams. But really not all of them.

It takes common sense para hindi ma bitag sa mga MMO na 'to. You have to know your source. Did you know that Bo Sanchez is teaching Internet Marketing?

Also you also have to not be fooled with Make Money Online people say too-good-to-be-true promises. If it's too good to be true, then it's probably not true. :)

I'm not saying you're pointing fingers kasi I'm not the type of "Internet Marketer" you're thinking. I'm an Internet Marketer in the sense that I give services like FB Advertising, Social Media Marketing, Web Design and E-commerce services to people who are doing business online and are Internet Marketers themselves.

Just to conclude don't go with the crowd who told you Internet Marketing and Make Money Online schemes are synonymous. In fairness naman, hindi lahat ng Internet Marketers nasa make money online niche. MMO does not equal Internet Marketing. And I don't think Google is a reliable source either. Try Wikipedia:
