Help lenovo g460 slow motion start up

maybe it's a virus:y: try to update your malware and antivirus or try to system restore

sir the problem is start from putting an audio chord from amplifier in any second crush my system. i suspect it cause by static shock? what you think????
cause i do system restore there s no effect

i think so boss maybe grounded between wires and ampli, check the input signal of amplifier if there's a voltage?maybe the amplifier have a problem can you check with multitester?and can i ask? if w/o ampli your laptop works fine?

sir even if there is no amplifier connected in my pc. run slow motion bios startup and os start up. other program works fine. the problem is if you play music/videos/games play slow motion and 2 usb hub at the left side are not working. like totally dead/no power/ no unrecognized reading if u try to plug-in any usb divice. if you use firefox browser for watching internet videos @ YøùTùbé works fine......
please need your help for this matter

ah , maybe your RAM have a problem "overload" try to reprogram your system maybe there's a virus, and check the fan from processor if working fine? overheat check this memtest hope this will help
