Help Laptop suddenly turns off

    Everytime around 50% na po yung battery ng convertible laptop ko. Bigla siyang nag-tuturn off. As in sudden na off na yung screen and all. Nag-research na po ako via google and most point out that it may be a problem with the cpu kaso hindi naman masyado intensive paggamit ko? So any idea mga boss? Thanks in advance!

    • 10 inch IPS LCD display, 1280 x 720 pixels resolution.
    • 2 GB of RAM.
    • Intel(R) Atom(TM) Z3735F @1.33 GHz Quad Core.
    • Intel HD graphics @1024MB VRAM.
    • Windows 10 32-bit.
     
  2. cpu nga yan tol...sunddenly kasi nag oof yung fan ng cpu mo pag mag overheat automatic off laptop mo tol try mo pakinggan fan mo..yung cpu fan mo sira:)

    Wala ako maririnig na fan boss kasi convertible laptop siya. Parang tablet na may magnetic keyboard. Pero ang napansin ko rin kasi boss hindi naman nangyayari pagchi-narge ko na before bumaba sa 50%. At mas mainit pa sya pag-nagchacharge. Kaya po nakapagtataka.

    Mukang battery master kasi kung cpu yan pwedeng mag turn off at any moment yan. Sabi mo kasi pag nag 50% lang nag tuturn off.

    just vaccum clean your exhaust heatsink, its normal for laptops to over heat due to dust and your done
