Mga sir/maam, Ask lang po sana ng help kung pano ayusin yung laptop ko. Di sya nagreread ng mga dvd. Pero kagabi naman ok pa sya. Ngayong umaga ayaw na nya basahin yung cd. Di ko rin naririnig naumiikot sya. Satellitec640 po laptop ko. Thanks in advance. Godbless. Respect

Cguro na responding yung driver niya.try to reinstall your dvd driver sa laptop mo.find "device manager" from control panel or in start button
