INGREDIENTS:

3/4 kg. Imbao, cleaned

1 L water

2 pcs. tomatoes, quartered

1 pc. 1-2 inch ginger, sliced

1 stalk lemongrass, pounded

1 pc. onion, quartered

patis

½ bunch dahon ng sili o sibuyas (optional)

PROCEDURE:
In a pot of boiling water, add tomatoes, ginger, lemongrass, and onion.
Let this simmer until fragrant.

Add Imbao and leafy greens.

Simmer just until the shells open.

Season with patis.

Serve hot!
