Closed Http injector ? not available on my location ?

I tried downloading http injector sa phone ko through playstore ,pero sabi ni playstore "this app is not available on your location" daw. Paano po yon? May nakita akong thread the other day may tutorial about http injector and link kung San pwede ma download 'yong app ,but sadly Hindi ko na matandaan kung sino young nagpost ,di ko na tuloy mahanap gamit ang search box .
