Today Pangu team has released the You do not have permission to view the full content of this post. Log in or register now., only 2 days after the release of iOS 8.1 which was quite interesting considering that the team have stated before that they are already on the way regarding the iOS 8 jailbreak.




Before we start make sure you know the following:


  • Currently the Pangu iOS8/8.1 Jailbreak is for windows users only, The mac version is not yet issued.
  • The Jailbreak doesn’t contain Cydia but the team officially contacted Saurik (Cydia Founder) about the Cydia for iOS 8/8.1.
  • The Jailbreak doesn’t contain AFC2 for now.
  • Do not delete “com.apple.mobile.softwareupdated.plist”, otherwise it will cause system failure.
  • Turn Off Turn off Passcode and Touch ID and Find My iPhone.

Please follow the steps:


  1. First, download the latest version of Pangu jailbreak to your computer from You do not have permission to view the full content of this post. Log in or register now..
  2. Backup your device using iCloud or iTunes (Using iCloud: On the old iPhone go to Settings > iCloud > Storage & Backup and tap on Back Up now button, Using iTunes:Connect your old iPhone to the computer and launch iTunes then right-click the device and select Back Up)
  3. Go to Settings > Touch ID & Passcode and turn it off as well as the Find my iPhone from Settings > iCloud > Find my iPhone.
  4. Now right click with the mouse on the Pangu8 application icon then choose “Run as Administrator” option.
  5. The user interface is in Chinese, so uncheck left checkbox (Contains “PP”), then click on the blue button and wait for the progress complete.
  6. The device will restart several times then you will find the Pangu app on your device.
  7. Enjoy!

Much Better to Wait for the Full Release of Pangu Jailbreak with Fully Working Cydia and other Sources... ;)
