-I'm not quite sure but i've read from a forum that flashing this frimware sim unlocks their unit who got theirs

REQUIREMENTS:
-computer running windows 7 or windows XP (Some users say this also works on windows 8)
-USB cable
-common sense
-your smartphone
"OPTIONAL: If your unit is from Globe Root your unit first and install a custom recovery then make a backup so you will have a copy of the stock rom from globe. So incase you want to use your warranty all you need to do is restore, flash stock recovery then unroot."

4. Download Lenovo A5000 Stock Rom from this link

5.Create a new folder and extract the downloaded sp flashtool in the new folder you created and install spflashtool
6. Extract the downloaded lenovo a5000 stock rom to the new folder you created
7.Run sp flashtool as administrator
8.click the scatter loading tab and browse through the "folder" of the "extracted lenovo a5000" until you find the mt6582_android_scatter file and choose it
9.click the drop down menu on the left and change "download only" to "update firmware"
10.click the download button on the upper left and proceed to step number 11.
11. with your phone from off state press and hold volume up while plugging in to computer. (you can release the volume up button when your computer detected your phone or when you see the yellow loading bar on the bottom part of Spflash tool)
12. wait till the computer recognizes your phone and the flashtool begins and finishes flashing (you are sure that the flashing is successful when you see a green check appeared, just close it. after that unplug your phone and turn it on)
Note: 1st boot up is more or less 5 minutes...
DONE!
Your phones software is back to when you first bought it from the store.
You just recovered from bootloop
