Tutorial How to Bypass an Internet Filter With CMD

    • FIRST
      Click “Start,” type “CMD” in the Search box and press “Enter.” The Command Prompt launches.
    • SECOND
      Type “ping” followed by the name of the website you wish to access. For example, type “ping Please or Register to view links replacing " Please or Register to view links" with the name of the site, and press “Enter.” The IP address of the website appears in the format of " Please or Register to view links."
    • THIRD
      Launch a Web browser.
    • FOURTH
      Type the IP address from Step 2 in the address bar of the browser and press “Enter.” The website appears, bypassing the Internet filter on the computer you are using.
