    If you can't access the internet even you're connected to an SSH server try these few workarounds; if there is an option to use Google DNS server enable it; try to reset(disconnect/connect) your data connection a few times; pick and use a different country for your SSH, it could be the SSH server you're using is offline at the moment. Regarding sim status, if it stil has signal and can still send/receive sms but no access to data connection (no indicator eg. 3G, H+, LTE, etc.) then your sim is only data blocked/deactivated; when a sim card can't receive any signal anymore it means your sim card is already network deactivated or your sim has already expired. You can call Sun support using these hotline, 200(prepaid), 888(postpaid) and 333(broadband) to know more about the status of your sim.
