Pa help naman po mga masters yung friend ko po nag upgrade nang OS nya at feeling nya tama naman po yung procedure na ginawa nya, but after that ayaw po gumana nang start menu by clicking on it or pressing the windows key on his keyboard. gino google ko po mga applicable troubleshooting and this is what I found.

Go to Start menu button and right click on it. This will open the contextual menu, after which you need to select Command Prompt (Admin). Once Command Prompt is open, go ahead with the following steps.

  1. Type and enter: Powershell
  2. Type the following: Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml”}
baka meron dito naka try nito. check ko lng po kung gagana ba to?
    Thanks in advance po

Have you try right click for the windows key to function? if not reset the whole installation. Shift then restart
a funtion like f8 will appear go to advance to discover reset options.

Boss, mostly that's the problem if you are using the upgrade tool of microsoft. I would suggest if you install windows 10 you need to have a clean installation/formatted installation. However, here's what I've done to resolve that. First, check if there are other users on that PC like local account or other users. Login to that local account or user account, save all important documents/files from that user to other drive like "Drive D" as long as not on the drive where the OS being installed. If there are 2 or more user you have to login each user and save all their important documents/files. After having a backup of those files you have to login to an administrator account and heres what you are going to do.
1. Right Click on Menu
2. Select Control Panel
3. Go to "User Accounts"
4. Remove user accounts
5. Remove/delete those local accounts
6. Once remove restart your PC
7. Go back to steps 1-3
8. Click again the user account
9. Create a new local account by clicking "manage another account"
10. Once a local account has been created restart your PC and that will solve the problem

Just make sure that all important files of the local account you deleted has been backup.
Good luck!
