Closed HELP 936 Disco light yung LAN

Good day guys, ask ko lang bat nag didisco light yung LAN pero umiilaw naman lahat
POWER "ON", STATUS "BLUE" SIGNAL "ON", LAN "DISCO LIGHT" SIGNAL FULL "BAR".
tapos hindi ko maacess yung gui 192.168.254.254 nag iiba iba din ng link
first time ko nakaranas neto inunlock ko kasi sya tapos nung nirestart ko na ganyan na
