Closed Ham & Mushroom Garlic Bread Boats

Ingredients:
Part-baked baguette
50g cooked mushrooms
120g cream cheese
2 tbsp sour cream
1 tbsp mayonnaise
2 crushed garlic cloves
80g cheddar cheese
Pepper
50g chopped ham
Pinch of oregano
Handful of chopped parsley

Instructions:
1. Mix together the cooked mushrooms, cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise and garlic cloves in a medium bowl. Once mixed, add half the cheese and a pinch of pepper, then mix in and set aside.
2. Cut an oblong hole across the length of the part baked baguette without cutting through to the bottom. Make it easier for yourself by cutting the oblong shape into mini squares so it is easier to tear out to bread! Once the bread is hollowed, spoon the creamy mixture into the bread.
3. Top with the chopped ham and the other half of the cheese. Add a pinch of oregano and bake for 15 minutes at 180°C fan/200°C.
4. Top with parsley and enjoy!
