How can I apply?
After opening a free Moneybookers account you can order your card online by following these steps:

  1. Make sure your balance covers the €10 annual fee plus sufficient funds for shopping.
  2. Click on the "My MasterCard" link in the "My Account" section.
  3. Click on “Apply” and verify your identity with:
    • A colour scan of your personal identification document - such as an ID card, passport or driving licence.
    • A scanned copy of a paper based document issued in the past 3 months showing your name and address, such as a utility bill, bank statement or similar.
  4. Agree on the T&C’s, click "Confirm" and we’ll post your card!
Number 1 ba na rule yung sinasabi mo? LOL. Yung 10 euro is Good for shopping or spending them. Kailangan talaga may balance ang Card for you to use it. ;)

10 Euro is needed on the process like shopping, buying online, and other online transactions. But when requesting the card. And want to recieve it. It's totally free.

Pwede po, as long as may balance po ang card niyo. Link niyo nalang po ang bank account niyo sir. :)

Click cards and bank accounts po then add niyo po yung CC or Bank Account niyo. Then upload po :)
