Extract the contents of the zip file by right-clicking on it, and selecting "7 - Zip > extract files". This will create a folder with the files in it. Open the folder, and select all of the files. Right click and select "7-Zip > add to archive". In the settings box that follows, set your compression type to ".jar". Once it is finished, you should have your jar file.
