Fish Tacos
NGREDIENTS:
HOW TO PREPARE FISH TACOS:
NGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 lb tilapia fillet, cut into 1-inch piece
- 1 1/2 limes
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 3 tbsp cooking coil
- 1/3 cup all purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 6 inch flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 3/4 cup shredded cabbage
HOW TO PREPARE FISH TACOS:
- Juice 2 of the limes into a bowl.
- Stir mayonnaise and chili powder into juice.
- Transfer half of the sauce to another bowl; toss fish in it.
- Set aside remaining sauce.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- In a shallow dish combine flour and salt.
- Toss fish in flour mixture.
- Fry the breaded fish for about 3 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
- Drain fish on paper towels.
- Warm the tortillas in paper towels by heating in microwave for 30 secs.
- Top tortillas with fish, cabbage and carrots.
- Drizzle with remaining lime sauce.
- Enjoy your fish tacos!
