Guys, ngayon lang ako hihingi ng tulong sa mga naka CISS na printer. kindly read below...
BRAND/MODEL: Epson Stylus CX4300 (Scanner/Printer), bought in KSA year 2010 and after some months used, naubusan ng ink at walang available dito sa market at walang nag re-refill so pina-CIS ito ng mid-2011.
Nagagamit ito until this last April na nagpi-print ng project ng mga bata sa school huminto at nagbigay ng error sa PC screen and nakita ko sa printer (see image).
PROBLEM ENCOUNTERED: Ink Indicator Light sa printer stays ON and sa monitor says Need to replace Black Ink?
All Tanks are half-full and no paper jam or what so ever. Kahit sa Reset Button ng CIS mismo ay walang remedyo. (image below) pero pwede pa siyang mag Scan but Printing, No response.
Any solution to this situation guys sa mga naka-CISS na nakengkwentro ng ganitong problema?
