I think hindi ito häçk, specially kung h+ capable talaga phone mo. Im using this den kasi to set my data to 4g since im 4g capable

How will I change my data connection from edge to h+ and the network settings is lock

You haven't answer my question what if this doesn't work is there any possible way to open the network mode settings or just directly go yo telephony settings
