same here amigo, 5mbps royal cable crap din ako. . . .

i feel like may internal manipulation d2 sa mga to eh. when you ask for tech support help, all they do is visit the area, check speed, call back to wherever office that is and say "pre parefresh nga ako ng net, mejo mabagal eh". then babalik to 4.8+mbps, fast forward to the next day. 0.20mbps n nman. . .
