If you get the error message “Check operator service” even if you have enough load, you can request for text reconnection via Web Connect.

a. Login in using your User ID (cellphone number) and password. If you are not yet a member yet
select REGISTER and sign up.
b. Select Text Reconnection. To use this service, you need at least Php 1.00 load in your account.
c. Wait for 5 minutes to can start sending text messages.
For all networks
1) Take sim out, switch on phone without sim, wait for it to say insert sim, then insert sim again.
2) Assign a new network to your phone (in network settings), for example Globe, then wait for it not to accept it (it won't show your networks symbol on the front screen), then change it back to the correct one.
