Good day mga bossings magpapatulong sana ako sa mga experts dyan. Yung lappy ko po kasi hindi ako makapag open ng app hanggang boot up lang siya. Pagnagclick ako ng app mgloloading siya tapos after a few seconds parang marerestart lang yung background niya tapos ganun nalanag yun ng paulit-ulit. :'( HELP PLEASE!!

WINDOWS 8.1 po yung OS niya at newbie ako pagdating sa lappy's sana may makatulong :/ thanks in advance po.

UPDATE: ginawa ko yung re-install windows(na parang reformat) tapos bumalik mula sa una yung laptop ko. At nawala na yung lag kanina at yung mga troubles niya. Yun nganga lang nawala lahat ng files pero WORTH IT siya. MARAMING SALAMAT SA MGA TUMULONG :) esp. Kina sir ravage Xelos at sir drowkone the best kayo!! MOR POWER SA PHC!
