may laptop ako na asus biglang nagshutdown, hnd rin ma turn on at hnd nagchacharg. anu kaya possible cause nito at troubleshooting?

Mas maigi sa tech mo na patingnan yan.
Maraming possible cause yan. Maaring na-overheat na, damaged ang power supply, damaged yung saksakan mula adaper papunta sa battery nya.
