they are easy to be tracked.
if your a newbee dont intend to hack a secured web. or you will be in jail.
sometimes newbee people do this thats why they are easily to be tracked.

di ka naman matatrace kapag naghack ka using vpn pero ang mali niya sinabi niya sa public na siya ang nagdeface ng commelec site

  5. Then if he is using VPN or SECURED SHELL HOSTING.
    how did they trace him?
    my answer is.

he uses a computer app that can attack a host just like comelec.
2nd when he sees a person with an access to the server he will target its ip adress and attack it to get its username. repeating it and you will get the password.
now you have the host, password and user u can now access their web using that account.
    the problem is.
he didnt use another proxy host of his user.
he just uses the account of the person he hâckêd.
thats why the last login account will be seen and your Ip will be revealed in order to be trace the location.
yes i guess they caught the wrong person. i think he didnt get the data . its lulz sec job.

  6. Additional info.
for me its lulz security group who did the 2nd attack.
they are smarter than the guy who has caught.
base on my analization the guy who has been caught gives the infornation to the lulz sec.
thats why when you track them their location will be on USA under of CLOUDFLARE company on san francisco.
    they maybe amazing.
they can attack me by this comment.
but where is the essence of what they are fighting.
    FREEDOM OF INFORMATION?

next will be OPERATION SHUTDOWN. :-(

    near on the election day.
they have all the data information of the people as of now.
they can use it as a weapon like blackmail. so that there will be a trouble on the election day.
or either shut down the website of comelec.
they dont have to do this.
    they are not human.
    and dont abide on rules.
    we respect our government .
they are making it useless for us.
