yES,, IT'S SAFE TO USE... BUT DONT FORGET TO learn HOW TO USE..
Means, if you dont know how to use Build.prop Editor, CPU tweaks, CWM recovery then dont touch that options..

But You can use,

• APP MANAGER to install or uninstall app.. or to move app from phone to sd.
• Battery management to save your battery power.
• TASK MANAGER to kill unnecessary App and make cpu performance faster.
• EXPLORER to explore [cut, copy,paste,move,delete] any file, folder, media in your phone or SD Card.
• Entropy generator to generate more entropy to make device performance faster..
