first of all u must download HSPA+TWEAK
second u must have Pro pingtools
After you download HSPA+TWEAK
on your data connection then open HSPA+TWEAK click the H
And open your VPN or HTTP INJECTOR now run it.
Then Go to Pro Pingtools And ping Google.com if it is connected 3x
