I think your phone xp crashes cause couldn't handle heavy loads
Consider your ram check it on running apps you might be running out of ram when you try to run other apps together with your xp.
Try to freeze some of your user's if that is the case
If your phone is rooted then uninstall unnecessary apps that is being installed by the manufacturer.
