No sir. It uses a lightweight domain fronting web proxy written in go - commonly known as "fl@shlight", the previously named main component of "l@ntern" application. It tunnels regular HTTP as well as HTTPS traffic over CloudFlare and other CDNs - and also tunnels any TCP traffic.
