I just relocated my Globe at Home Fiber service and the installers replaced my modem, and left me with the old modem. What do I do with it?
- If I sell it; will the new subscriber have to still pay Globe for the modem up front anyways?
- Can it be re-flashed to re-purpose it as a media...
I'm not 100% sure if it worked, but I have my Globe Fiber modem setup to DMZ my Asus router. There I have the port forwarding ability without paying for static IP. I don't have a console to determine my NAT type tho.
