I am trying to make my phone as a mobile hotspot so i can download movies from torrent from my andriod phone but the dl speed i am getting is only 10kbps. When i still have unlimited data plan i was getting a dl speed of 1 to 2Mbps. But when my plan got changed to 10gb i am no longer getting...
