globe is too slow... some threads says that choosing manual network and selecting 2G then sending ROAM OFF to 333 still works. After that select 3G via manual network again from dashboard.

As of yesterday, this doesn't work anymore. Even if the response from SMART says "roaming services will be deactivated", you still won't be able to connect.
